Shipping and Returns

Please note:
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing unusually high demand for NutriCology products. We are also in the final stages of moving all operations to our new facility in South Salt Lake. Delivery times may be longer than normal because of these factors.

We will process all purchases in the order that they are placed, and we will send you a confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you have any questions, simply reply to this email, or reach out to our Customer Service team. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support of NutriCology.

US Orders
UPS shipping within the USA (and Puerto Rico) is FREE for orders totaling $200 after discounts. Orders totaling less than $200 will incur a $7.50 shipping charge. If drop-shipping, there is an additional $5 fee, which does not appear in the shopping cart during checkout. Upgrades to UPS Second Day or Next Day are available.

International Orders
International shipping charges that appear in the shopping cart are automatic estimates only, and may significantly differ from actual shipping costs. Once your order is successfully placed online, please call or email us for shipping information on your order. We do not offer estimates for duties your shipment may incur.

Important Note about Customs: Please investigate your country’s rules and procedures before ordering. We cannot be responsible for problems your order may encounter with your country’s Customs officials. We are not responsible for orders confiscated or stopped by Customs, or duties that your shipment may incur. If your package is returned by Customs, your account will not be credited shipping and handling charges.

International Agreement: I agree that NutriCology is not responsible for international duties or taxes on my order, or for problems, delays or confiscation of my order by Customs. If my package is returned by Customs to NutriCology, my account will not be credited shipping and handling charges I agree that my order will be shipped via UPS International Air and the shipping charges will be determined by the total weight of my order. I authorize NutriCology to ship my order, once payment has been received.

Heat Sensitive Products
We ship our heat sensitive products Next Day Air to insure quality and potency upon arrival. Customers who choose to have their products shipped otherwise agree to take full responsibility for the condition of the products they order. Shipping in a styrofoam cooler on ice incurs an additional $10.00 charge to the customer. Additional fees will NOT appear in the shopping cart. These products are only shipped on Monday and Tuesday, and Wednesday for orders received by 11 AM California time.

Cold Sensitive Products
The following products are "freeze sensitive" and will be shipped 2nd Day Air. These products will be shipped in a Styrofoam cooler to prevent the liquids from freezing.

Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction. If during the first 30 days after you order your product, you wish to return it, please Contact Us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please have your invoice number ready. All returns must have an RA number issued within 30 days of the invoice. All returned products must have a minimum of 13 months left on the expiration date. Expired products may not be returned. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges.

For retail customers, the following quantity discounts are given based on the dollar amount of the order:
