Heat Sensitive Products
We ship our heat sensitive products Next Day Air to insure quality and potency upon arrival during the summer months. We will pay 50% of the Next Day Air shipping charges for your heat sensitive orders. Customers who choose to have their products shipped otherwise agree to take full responsibility for the condition of the products they order. Shipping in a styrofoam cooler on ice incurs an additional $10.00 charge to the customer. These products are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only, “Signature Required”, or you can waive signature and take full responsibility for the condition of the product upon arrival. These extra shipping charges will NOT appear in the shopping cart.
