Glucosamine is an important part of mucopolysaccharides, glycosaminoglycans, and proteoglycans, which are components of connective tissue.* This formula provides a balanced combination of sodium and potassium salts of glucosamine sulfate. It is derived from the shells of crustaceans, and may not be suitable for individuals who are allergic to shellfish.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 capsules two or three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. CAUTION: Individuals unable to tolerate sulfur may want to use N-Acetyl Glucosamine item #51140 instead.
